I built REDOS out of a spreadsheet I've used to analyze hundreds of real deals — the same one I kept sharing with realtors, investors, and friends who wanted me to run their numbers. Enough people asked that I turned it into a real, working app: score a deal, get coached on what to offer, track it to the finish, and export a branded report. It's one payment because I got tired of renting my own tools, and I wasn't going to build something that made you rent yours.
