Refund Policy
No hard feelings, and no hoops. The window depends on where you bought — both are below.

The policy
If REDOS isn't right for you, ask for a full refund. You don't need to justify it — "it wasn't what I expected" is a complete reason.
| Where you bought | Refund window |
|---|---|
| Direct from us (redoshq.com / Gumroad) | 30 days |
| AppSumo | 60 days |
Why they differ, plainly: AppSumo requires a 60-day window from every partner, and we honour it in full. Buying direct is 30 days. We'd rather show you both numbers than quote one and surprise you with the other.
How to request one
Email hello@redoshq.com from the address you bought with, and say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process.
We aim to reply within one business day. Once approved, the money goes back the way it came, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Bought through a marketplace? If you purchased through AppSumo or another marketplace, request the refund through them — they hold the transaction, so they have to issue it. Their 60-day window applies. If you're unsure where you bought, email us and we'll point you to the right place rather than leaving you to work it out.
What happens to your data
A refund ends your licence, so paid features and cloud sync switch off. Your data is not deleted — REDOS keeps working on your own device, and you can export everything from Settings at any time.
Export before you request the refund if that's easier. If you forget, email us and we'll help you get it out.
After your window closes
The window has closed, but write to us anyway if something has gone genuinely wrong — a double charge, a licence that never worked, a feature that doesn't do what we said it does. We would rather fix a real problem than hide behind a date.
Where we'll say no
To be straight with you, we will decline a refund where:
- Your window (30 days direct, 60 on AppSumo) has passed and there's no underlying problem.
- The licence was resold or shared in breach of the terms.
- Repeated refunds are being used to get free access.
These are rare. The default answer is yes.
Why the policy is this simple
A refund policy that's hard to use isn't a policy, it's a trap. REDOS is sold once, for life — if it doesn't earn its keep in a month of real use, you should have your money back and we should build something better.
Questions about any of this? Email hello@redoshq.com — a person reads it.
