Terms of Service

REDOS is software for analysing real-estate deals. You supply the numbers — purchase price, rehab budget, rent, financing — and it calculates metrics, scores the deal, and suggests what to strengthen.

This is the most important clause on this page. Every figure REDOS produces is an estimate calculated from the inputs you provide. It is not a valuation, not an appraisal, not a recommendation to buy, sell or finance anything, and not advice of any kind.

We are not licensed financial advisers, brokers, appraisers, attorneys or accountants. Before you commit money to a property, verify the numbers independently and talk to professionals who are licensed to advise you.

Property markets, rents, rates and costs change. A deal REDOS scores well can still lose money. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@redoshq.com if you think someone else has access.

A licence is for you or your business. Sharing one licence across separate businesses, or reselling access, isn't permitted.

If you bought a lifetime licence, it does not expire and never needs a card. It includes updates to the product at your tier. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product.

If REDOS ever had to shut down, we would say so honestly and give you time to export your data — which you can do at any point anyway.

The deals and figures you enter are yours. We claim no ownership over them and do not use them to train anything. See the Privacy Policy.

The software itself — the code, the Deal Score™ method, the brand — remains ours.

Please don't:

• Resell, sublicense or white-label REDOS as your own product.
• Attempt to bypass licensing, or share a single licence across many users.
• Scrape, overload or attack the service.
• Use REDOS to break the law or mislead anyone.

We may suspend accounts doing these things, and will explain why if we do.

We aim to keep REDOS running, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Because REDOS works offline on your own device, an outage does not lock you out of your analysis.

To the fullest extent the law allows, REDOS is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or decisions made using the software.

This is the standard clause, and it is also genuinely how you should treat any tool that estimates: check its work.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use REDOS after that means you accept the updated terms.
